Job summary

DN Tanks is seeking a Laborer Foreman to supervise production, quality, and safety on tank projects nationwide. You will lead crews, direct work to meet budgeted hours, and mentor apprentices and journeymen on site.

This role requires reading tank drawings, maintaining certifications, and enforcing safety policies. Travel to project sites is expected, with hands-on supervision and crane signaling where designated.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to project sites across the United States.
• Strong leadership and coaching to on-site crews.
• Reads and interprets tank drawings and construction information.
• Ensures safety compliance and quality control on all tasks.
• Maintains required certifications for DN Tanks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality and safety and own completion of all work under direction of Superintendent.
• Establish crews, assign responsibilities and monitor progress to meet budgeted man-hours.
• Read and interpret tank drawings and construction information package to ensure work meets specifications.
• Involve in daily closeout meetings with Superintendent and report on activities and needs.
• Develop task hazard analyses (THA) and train crew on safety practices.
• Promote safe work practices and stop unsafe acts or conditions.
