DN Tanks is seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead our field crew on tank-building projects across the United States. You will oversee production, quality, and safety under the supervision of the Superintendent, providing hands-on guidance and training to apprentices and journeymen.

This role requires the ability to read tank drawings, manage crews, and enforce DN Tanks safety policies while maintaining schedule and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews on tank construction or similar heavy-civil projects.
• Proven ability to enforce safety programs and drive quality.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality, and safety under Superintendent direction.
• Establish crews, assign tasks, and manage daily progress to meet timelines.
• Coach apprentices and journeymen, ensuring tasks are performed safely and to DN Tanks standards.
