Job summary

DN Tanks is seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to join our craft labor team. The Foreman will oversee production, quality, and safety under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent.

The role includes hands-on support, training of apprentices and journeymen, and ensuring tasks are performed safely and with high quality. Daily responsibilities include directing crews, interpreting tank drawings, maintaining materials intake, and participating in QC and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain DN Tanks tools and equipment.
• Travel to project sites throughout the United States.
• Climb and perform tasks at heights on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, shoring, and scaffolds.
• Wear PPE including steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.
• Complete DN Tanks crane certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality, and safety under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent.
• Direct the work of crews to meet project timelines.
• Read and interpret tank drawings and construction information to ensure work aligns with specs.
• Maintain safety and QA standards on site and document daily progress.
• Provide coaching and training to apprentices and journeymen on safety and quality.
