Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Field Supervisor to supervise day-to-day project operations and provide leadership to foremen and crews. This role emphasizes communication, safety, and efficiency on field sites.

You'll organize materials, equipment, and labor, verify locates, prepare reports, and complete as-builts and redlines while traveling to multiple sites across the region. Travel requirements, wage range, and DOT compliance are core expectations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• Good computer skills specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience working with Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required
• Local work with occasional travel
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus
