Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee daily project operations and provide leadership to foremen and crews. The role emphasizes coordinating materials, equipment, and labor, ensuring project timelines, and reporting on-site activities.

The position requires 18+ and U.S. work authorization, with preference for telecom MSA contract experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• Good computer skills, specifically database software and Excel
• Experience with Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Local work with occasional travel
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• DOT physical exam and valid medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus

What You’ll Do

• Supervise the day to day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
• Verifying locates, materials and billings
• Providing all required job reporting
• Completing as-builts and redlines
• Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

The wage range for Traveling Supervisor TelCom Construction is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.
