Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations and provide leadership to foremen and crews. This role emphasizes safety, organization, and clear communication on site with occasional travel.

Ideal candidates bring utility construction crew leadership experience and working knowledge of Excel, database software, and Google apps. A valid US work authorization and a Class A CDL being a plus are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Good computer skills with database software and Excel.
• Experience with Google applications is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card.
• Class A CDL license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations.
• Job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crews.
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verifying locates, materials and billings.
• Providing all required job reporting.
• Completing as-builts and redlines.
• Actively participating in safety and related initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise the day to day operations

• Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience working with google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required
• Local work with occasional travel
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus!

The wage range for Traveling Supervisor TelCom Construction is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.
