Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project activities, provide leadership to foremen and crews, and ensure safety and quality on sites with local work and occasional travel.

This position offers weekly pay, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company match, education reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must have utility construction crew leadership experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is preferred.
• Proficient with database software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations.
• Complete the job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crew members.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings.
• Provide all required job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise the day to day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
• Verifying locates, materials and billings
• Providing all required job reporting
• Completing as-builts and redlines
• Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software and Excel
• Prior experience working with google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required
• Local work with occasional travel
• A valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
• Class A CDL license is a plus!

The wage range for Traveling Supervisor TelCom Construction is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.
