Job summary

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a Traveling Supervisor to support operations across Ohio and Pennsylvania. The role is primarily 2nd shift (5 PM – 1 AM) with travel, offering a base salary of $50,000 per year plus travel pay and growth opportunities.

The Traveling Supervisor will supervise at multiple facilities, lead by example, coach staff, and ensure client satisfaction while traveling to various sites.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 2–3 hours from home base.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Stable work history.
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple facilities to supervise operations and support teams.
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor labor hours and productivity.
• Deliver supplies and ensure teams are fully prepared.
• Communicate updates and expectations clearly.
• Work directly with the Area Manager to improve operations and client satisfaction.
• Document site visits and customer interactions in Salesforce.
