A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a Floating Supervisor to support operations across Canton area facilities. You will lead teams, travel between sites, and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience supervising or leading staff preferred.
• Janitorial/facility services experience is a plus.
• Experience managing labor and supplies preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different facilities and supervise daily operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate cleaning staff
• Help with cleaning duties when needed
• Conduct inspections and final walkthroughs
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor labor hours and productivity
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Run team huddles and communicate updates clearly
• Identify employees with leadership potential
• Help improve efficiency and team performance
