Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects across the South, with emphasis on Walmart open-store remodels and large-scale retail/distribution center builds.

You will lead on-site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers. Travel is required; OSHA 30 and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience with a GC or CM firm.
• Proven success managing Walmart remodel or similar retail projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore experience a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
