  • Coordinate construction in active or occupied environments to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Partner closely with the Project Manager on scheduling, look-ahead planning, RFI/submittal coordination, and cost control.

  • Manage inspections, punch list execution, and project closeout to ensure a smooth turnover to the client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, building operators, architects, and trade partners.
Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage construction in active or occupied environments, including phased scopes and coordination with on-site operations.

  • Experience with Procore or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
