This field leadership role requires managing day-to-day operations on commercial construction projects and enforcing quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage construction in occupied environments.
• Strong understanding of field safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial projects.
• Manage subcontractors and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Conduct daily jobsite walks and maintain accurate logs.
