Description

The Traveling Superintendent / Project Manager - National Data Center will be responsible for:

• Full on-site project oversight for a new build $1B data center campus
• Supervising subcontractors and enforcing project safety and quality standards
• Leading all aspects of field coordination, schedule enforcement, and MEP integration
• Ensuring timely execution of project milestones in collaboration with project teams
• Supporting planning/control processes and proactive problem-solving on site
• Working closely with the Mission Critical leadership team throughout the build-out
• Reporting directly to national team leadership from the Mission Critical division

This is a full travel role.

Profile

The Traveling Superintendent / Project Manager - National Data Center will have:

• 5-15+ years of experience in commercial or mission-critical construction
• For senior-level roles: direct experience building $200M+ data center or mission-critical projects
• For mid-level roles: strong background in MEP-heavy builds such as hospitals, life sciences, or labs
• Proven leadership managing subcontractors, field teams, and large-scale ground-up builds
• Ability to travel for extended projects (18-24 months per project cycle)
• Commitment to a high-performance, safety-driven culture

Job Offer

The Traveling Superintendent / Project Manager - National Data Center will receive:

• Competitve base salary (based on role and experience)
• 10% travel incentive added to base
• $2,500/month living allowance
