• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management.
• Knowledge of form systems, mix designs, and admixtures preferable.
• Valid driver's license for applicable vehicles and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations for multiple crews.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and site set-up.
• Conduct owner meetings and production tracking.
• Collaborate with General Superintendent, safety staff, foremen, and Project Managers.
