Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction supervision experience.
• 5+ years managing large commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience with big-box retail projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities.
• Manage large crews (100+ personnel) and subcontractors.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and jobsite standards.
• Monitor quality, progress, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues.
