Qualifications

• 10+ years of supervisory experience in industrial or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes including earthwork, concrete, structural steel.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field teams.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison with owners and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
