Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground up commercial construction projects.
• Experience in tilt up construction and/or industrial projects required.
• Significant background in commercial construction including warehouses and large scale projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Oversee ground-up commercial projects including tilt-up concrete and industrial structures.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors to maintain schedule and quality.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with codes and company policies.
