Jobot, a well-established GC in the Midwest, seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to manage high-profile commercial projects across multiple regions. You will lead field crews, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within quality standards.

This traveling role requires regular site visits across regions, strong communication with clients and project teams, and the ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts.

Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 per year

Core Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or similar field.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between project locations.
