The Role
The Traveling Superintendent oversees construction operations from planning through completion. They are responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of workmanship. The role also involves promoting and adhering to the company’s safety program and fostering a safety-oriented culture among all project stakeholders.

Travel: This role requires ongoing travel to various project locations across the United States, often between sites miles apart.
The physical demands include walking uneven terrain, sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and other physical activities necessary for construction supervision.
