Job summary

DN Tanks seeks a CTS Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site rehabilitation and retrofit projects nationwide, overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractors, and customer relations in alignment with contract drawings and our high standards.

You will travel across the U.S., mentoring field teams, managing inspections and documentation in Spectrum ERP and Field View, and ensuring seamless project handover to clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction experience with leadership in field operations.
• Experience with concrete restoration and coating applications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and crane operations.
• Familiarity with line/grade and formwork systems on large projects.
• Proficient with construction tech including iPads, laptops, scheduling software, and ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. for remote project sites.
• Strong communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities with crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Interpret contract drawings to guide field execution and oversee concrete placement and testing.
• Champions safety programs, conducts weekly inspections, and enforces policies.
• Mentor field employees and assistants through hands-on training and DN resources.
• Own the quality assurance process from inspections to punch list completion.
