Job summary

DN is seeking a CTS Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities for tank rehabilitation projects. You will supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, interpret drawings, and manage schedules and documentation across multiple sites.

You will mentor field teams, drive the safety program, and coordinate closeout with clients while upholding DN’s high standards and service life extension offerings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction experience with leadership in field operations.
• Experience with concrete restoration, coating applications, and large-scale projects.
• Hold or obtain industry certifications related to coating quality control such as AMPP CCI Level 1 and AMPP QCS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Interpret contract drawings to guide field execution and oversee critical activities.
• Champion DN’s Accident Prevention and Safety Program (APSP) with weekly inspections.
• Mentor and develop field employees and assistant superintendents.
• Own the quality assurance process from inspections to punch list completion.
