Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is built per design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with client representatives, subcontractors, security and others to maintain progress.
• Maintain liaison with project teams to ensure work complies with drawings, specs and schedule.
• Create project plans and secure commitments from trade partners for on-site work.
• Ensure the team is accountable for commitments and overall schedule adherence.
• Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication with owner representatives, trade partners, AHJ representatives, vendors and others.
