Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards.
2. Coordinate schedules for timely project completion.
3. Lead subcontractors and construction teams, ensuring effective communication.
4. Inspect ongoing work for compliance with specifications.
5. Implement safety protocols and address on-site issues promptly.
6. Act as the main on-site contact for clients.
7. Maintain accurate project records.
8. Resolve on-site challenges to minimize delays.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
2. 3+ years' experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
3. OSHA 30-hour certification, First Aid/CPR preferred.
4. Proven leadership across multiple locations.
5. Proficiency in construction management software, blueprint reading, and MS Office.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Willingness to travel extensively; candidates in Chicagoland preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Full-time position with a salary range of $85,000 - $95,000/year, based on experience.
