Job summary

Actalent seeks a Traveling Superintendent to support a confidential hyperscale AI data center program across multiple campuses. Based in El Paso, this role leads site development, structural steel, concrete operations, large-scale MEP coordination, and energization activities for mega projects delivering hundreds of MW of IT load.

You will manage trade partners, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate large field teams and subcontractors on fast-track schedules, with competitive compensation

Seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to support a confidential hyperscale AI data center construction program spanning multiple campuses in North Dakota. These projects represent billions of dollars in active construction and include multiple high-density AI facilities ranging from approximately 369,000 SF to nearly 1 million SF per building. The program includes 100 MW, 150 MW, and campus-wide deployments totaling hundreds of megawatts of critical IT load supporting next-generation artificial intelligence and high-performance computing environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of El Paso, TX.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
