Job summary

Actalent seeks a Traveling Superintendent to support a confidential hyperscale AI data center program in North Dakota. You will lead site development, structural steel/concrete operations, and large-scale MEP coordination across multiple campuses, with a focus on safety and schedule adherence.

The role is permanent and onsite in Bismarck, ND, offering a competitive base salary, weekly per diem, and comprehensive benefits. Expect involvement in a multi-campus, gigawatt-scale project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Hyperscale Data Centers experience preferred.
• Experience with mission critical facilities is required.
• Exposure to semiconductor, battery manufacturing or industrial mega projects is a plus.
• Experience in advanced manufacturing and power generation is advantageous.

TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT Hyperscale AI Data Center Program Build One of the Largest AI Infrastructure Programs in North America

Seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to support a confidential hyperscale AI data center construction program spanning multiple campuses in North Dakota.

These projects represent billions of dollars in active construction and include multiple high-density AI facilities ranging from approximately 369,000 SF to nearly 1 million SF per building. The program includes 100 MW, 150 MW, and campus-wide deployments totaling hundreds of megawatts of critical IT load supporting next-generation artificial intelligence and high-performance computing environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
