We’re partnered with a well-established national General Contractor seeking a skilled Traveling Superintendent to join their team. This GC specializes in high-volume retail, restaurant, and commercial projects across the United States and offers year-round work with long-term retail brand clients.

• Oversee daily on-site operations for ground-up and interior renovation projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to meet quality and timeline goals
• Manage site safety, inspections, and ensure compliance with company and client standards
• Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to ensure smooth communication and execution
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong background in retail renovation and/or ground-up builds
• Comfortable with nationwide travel (2–6 weeks at a time, depending on project)
• Ability to manage tight schedules and fast-paced retail buildouts
• Stable work history with no more than 2 employers in the last 5 years preferred
• Rollout programs for national retailers (e.g., convenience stores, grocery, apparel, pharmacies)
• Remodels in open/operational store environments
• Travel rotation experience or "road warrior" mentality
• Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)

• Paid travel home every 2–3 weeks
