First Finish, a premier hospitality renovation contractor and now part of the Shawmut family, is seeking a Superintendent who can own fast-paced projects and travel as needed. You will lead field operations from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

We value 5+ years of Superintendency on complex hospitality renovations ($10–$40M), a track record of meeting deadlines, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Superintendent on hospitality projects ($10–$40M).
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and pay close attention to crucial details.
• Out-of-the-ground complex renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments, urban and suburban locations, and high-level finishes.
• Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Experience in managing, training and developing people.
• Experience in computer technology.
• National Travel is required for this position.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily field operations including site safety, subcontractor coordination, quality control, progress, and site cleanliness.
• Work with the project manager during preconstruction to plan logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections, and project execution.
• Maintain an accurate project schedule with the project manager, address changes promptly, and keep work on track.
• Communicate clearly with the project team about site conditions, changes in scope, subcontractor performance, and risks to cost or schedule.
• Hold subcontractors and vendors accountable while treating them fairly and building productive working relationships.
• Support the growth of field team members and maintain a strong working relationship with the client throughout the project.

Responsibilities

First Finish is seeking Superintendents who enjoy traveling and taking ownership of fast-paced construction projects. You’ll lead work in the field from preconstruction through turnover, with the support and resources needed to deliver a safe, high-quality project. You’ll also build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.

• National Travel is required for this position.

Salary Range Information

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
