Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Store Setup Team Member to travel nationwide and build new AutoZone stores from the ground up. This full-time role offers hands-on fixture installation, merchandising, and collaboration with local teams to ensure stores meet brand standards.

This role requires traveling up to 100% of the time on projects typically lasting 6–8 weeks, with non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team player with flexibility to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Travel to construction sites and AutoZone locations nationwide.
• Install display equipment and fixtures according to planograms.
• Construct fixtures following prototypical floor plans.
• Merchandise stores and remodel existing ones.
• Train local AutoZone teams on setup processes.
• Complete all project tasks on time per company standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
