Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Able to lift ~70 lbs., load/unload, and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and work non‑traditional hours.
• Team player with readiness to take on additional duties.
• Experience with new store openings, fixture setup, or merchandising is a plus.
• Read and interpret planograms accurately.
• Strong communication skills for training and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Travel to construction sites and store locations nationwide.
• Install display equipment and merchandise to AutoZone standards.
• Construct fixtures following floor plans.
• Train local teams in setup processes and fixture construction.
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time per company standards.
• Merchandise new stores and remodels using planograms.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
