Job summary

AutoZone’s Retail Store Setup Crew is the driving force behind transforming AutoZone retail spaces into fully operational stores. You will travel nationwide to install fixtures, merchandise, and set up displays that reflect AutoZone’s high standards.

As a Setup Crew Team Member, you will work full-time on a traveling team, collaborating with local teams and training staff in setup processes. The role suits those who enjoy physical work, retail construction, and a chance to see visible store

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license that meets AutoZone’s standards.
• Willing and able to travel extensively—up to six to eight weeks at a time or longer if needed.
• Ability to lift up to approximately 70 lbs., load and unload trucks, and move fixtures and merchandise.
• Comfortable with standing for long periods, walking, bending, and maintaining full range of motion.
• Cooperative and responsible team player with a willingness to take on additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Travel to construction sites and existing store locations across the country.
• Install display equipment and merchandise to meet AutoZone’s high standards.
• Construct fixtures following prototypical floor plans.
• Collaborate with and train local AutoZoners in setup processes and fixture construction.
• Merchandise new stores and remodel existing ones using detailed planograms.
