Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy program with a bachelor’s degree.
• Must hold a current MN Speech Therapist License.
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience is helpful but training provided.
• Experience with OASIS preferred or willing to be trained.
• Knowledge of state, federal, and local Home Health regulations.
• Ability to develop care plans and discharge strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor treatment plans.
• Strong communication to educate patients and families.
