Job summary

Qualifications

• Possession of valid NYS teaching certification(s) required at appointment.
• Ability to travel to multiple Erie County sites.
• Verifiable clean driving record and valid NYS driver license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement special education services for birth to age five.
• Assess children for cognitive/social-emotional delays and develop IEP/IFSP outcomes.
• Maintain communication with families, educators and team members.
• Prepare and maintain assessment reports and program documentation.
• Participate in CPSE/IFSP meetings and team conferences.
