Moss seeks a Solar Electrical Superintendent to lead coordination, planning, and supervision of electrical craft activities on a utility‑scale solar site. Travel across multiple states is required, with responsibility for safety, scheduling, and on‑site problem solving.

The ideal candidate has OSHA 30 Electrical field installation experience in solar or heavy industrial settings, with a proven track record supervising large teams and coordinating with engineering and planning teams.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Electrical field installation experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise 50+ employees.
• Strong planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Familiarity with reading electrical design drawings and specifications.
• Previous solar construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise electrical craft activities, determining method of construction, manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, and labor budgets.
• Coordinate electrical work with other crafts, departments, or contractors on site.
• Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure compliance with drawings and schedule.
• Assist in resolving construction problems and monitor safety program adherence.
• Document hours, progress, and ensure availability of materials and inspections to support the schedule.
