FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Traveling Trainer to partner with franchise locations nationwide, delivering hands-on training, coaching, and operational support. The role ensures franchise teams are confident, knowledgeable, and aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Esthetician with 3+ years’ experience, strong presentation and coaching skills, and a readiness to travel to franchise studios up to 60% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• Active Esthetician license in good standing.
• 3+ years as a licensed Esthetician in skincare/beauty.
• Trainer/educator or multi-unit support experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, services, protocols & client experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and manage locations.

Aufgaben

• Travel to franchise locations to train and support.
• Lead onboarding and opening training for new franchise teams.
• Train Estheticians and studio teams on services, protocols, and brand standards.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and service training.
• Provide refresher training and ongoing development.
• Partner with franchise owners to improve operational consistency.
• Observe service delivery and provide constructive feedback.
• Complete store visits and quality checks as needed.
• Reinforce policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support new studio openings with pre-opening training.
• Identify training gaps and communicate trends to the corporate team.
• Help develop training materials, tools, and resources.
• Serve as brand ambassador and culture carrier.
• Provide follow-up coaching after on-site training visits.
