You will join a team of safety professionals supporting capital projects and client sites, leading safety initiatives, and driving regulatory compliance across multiple sites. The role requires five years of on-site inspections experience, two years in safety leadership, OSHA 30-hour Construction certification, and travel readiness to various project

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of on-site safety inspections experience.
• Two years in a safety leadership role on construction/manufacturing projects.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification; BCSP or CIH preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and travel for project requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct, monitor, and assist with safety and regulatory compliance on active construction projects.
• Lead site safety staffing and coordinate with project teams and client sites.
• Develop hazards analyses, site safety plans, and pre-construction safety reviews.
• Deliver toolbox talks, JSA sessions, and safety stand-downs.
• Review subcontractor safety plans and ensure PPE availability and use.
