Job summary

Gray Construction in Seattle, WA is seeking a Site Manager I, Commissioning to join the Field Operations Team on a traveling, field-based role. You will lead commissioning efforts across mechanical, electrical, and piping scopes, coordinating with site teams and subcontractors to deliver systems that meet the client's requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.
• Basic computer skills including the ability to utilize CxAlloy, word processing, spreadsheet and email applications.
• Experience as the lead project manager or commissioning manager of a construction project is required.
• Must have experience setting up at least two CxAlloy Commissioning databases for all disciplines.
• Energetic, self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Commissioning Specialist and staff and provide training for career advancement.
• Assist in developing commissioning scope and plans.
• Review Subcontractor Exhibit A to ensure commissioning scope is adequate.
• Write commissioning plans and develop commissioning databases.
• Lead on-site commissioning meetings with site teams and subcontractors.
