I-5 Design Build is a national design-build firm with more than 40 years of experience creating casino, hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage, and high-end commercial environments. Our teams design, fabricate, build, and install distinctive spaces throughout the country.

The Traveling Site Carpenter serves as the superintendent's versatile on-site assistant. Although \"Carpenter\" is the general title, this is not a production framing position. You will handle the practical work needed to keep fast-moving commercial projects safe, organized, and progressing, from operating standard construction tools and installing materials to unloading deliveries, relocating temporary walls, and supporting site logistics.

The strongest candidates have developed solid skills in at least one commercial trade and are comfortable applying that experience to a wide variety of field tasks. I-5 can teach the specialized aspects of its work, but this is not an entry-level laborer position. This role follows a typical rotation of four weeks at the project followed by one paid week off. I-5 provides a company vehicle, pays approved travel home during rotations, and provides meals and incidental per diem based on applicable GSA rates.
