Job summary

Blair Image Elements is seeking a Field Installer to install signage at client sites. The role requires traveling to local, out-of-town, and sometimes out-of-state locations for projects ranging from 1–2 days to several weeks.

You will load materials, inspect and stage, and ensure safety compliance while following approved methods. Strong communication and physical stamina are essential for success in this demanding role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction experience or equivalent.
• Good customer service skills.
• Experience using power tools.
• Understanding of plans or blueprints.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to write legibly and error-free.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and stage materials for installation.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Learn proper handling of materials/tools and approved installation methods.
• Load and maintain materials, tools, and equipment for each job.
• Communicate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance; work overtime and travel as needed.
