Job summary

Blair Image Elements seeks a Field Installer in Pennsylvania to handle hands-on signage installation at client sites. This fast-paced role requires travel to local, out-of-town, and out-of-state projects, with 60–70% travel and bonus pay for trips.

You’ll unload and stage materials, follow safety rules, read plans, and use power tools while coordinating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year construction experience or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience using power tools.
• Ability to read plans or blueprints is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to write legibly and error-free.
• Capable of physically intensive work and following directions.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and stage materials for installation.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop knowledge of materials/tools and approved installation methods.
• Load materials, tools, and equipment into trucks and maintain them.
• Communicate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular attendance and work overtime or out-of-town when needed.
