Directional Signing Program LLC is seeking a Sign Installation Technician to support the Field Crew Supervisor. The role requires extensive travel across Virginia and involves assembling and installing various highway signs.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks like climbing and lifting. This position is full-time and includes benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Willing to travel 4-5 days a week throughout Virginia.
• Able to perform physical activities including climbing and lifting.
• Possess reliable transportation to reach the Richmond warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install large and small highway signs in the field.
• Repair and maintain the condition of highway signs.
• Direct vehicular traffic safely around work zones.
• Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with various other projects as needed.
