YOUR SCHEDULE

Our telecommunications company needs a customer service professional who can spend time traveling with a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday. This position will travel within our network footprint, primarily throughout IL and MO, throughout the week as needed, with travel expected to be 75 - 85%.

YOUR DAY AS A MOBILE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As a Mobile Service Technician with our internet company, you start your day driving to your first customer appointment, tools in hand and ready to work. You handle installations, troubleshoot issues, and repairs to keep customers connected. You're the go-to person for getting internet service up and running, and you make sure each job is done right. Clear communication and efficient service are key; you take pride in solving problems and helping people daily with our telecommunications company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Successful completion of industry certifications as needed
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to oneself or others
• Ability to be added to the company's auto insurance policy
