KCG Companies, LLC is seeking Construction Superintendents for large-scale, ground-up, wood-framed multifamily developments across multiple states. This traveling role requires you to stay near the jobsite for 18–24 months per project and oversee planning, scheduling, on-site logistics, safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience with extensive wood frame experience.
• OSHA 30 certification
• First Aid/CPR certified
• High level of ability with Procore
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Detail and deadline oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate all construction operations, logistics and schedule functions to ensure deadlines and project delivery dates are achieved.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that the standards and specifications for the project are adhered to.
• Manage permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities.
• Collaborate with governmental officials to ensure timely sequencing, scheduling, and inspections.
• Lead the construction operations with the project team including executives, developers, preconstruction, accounting, and project staff.
• Manage all sourced trade partners and suppliers for the project with attention to schedule, budgetary and safety constraints.
• Evaluate project progress using financial and schedule metrics and report to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports reflecting weather, manpower, and site safety.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and company health and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, security, and safety on site.
