Qualifications

• > High School Diploma or GED required.
• > Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• > 10+ years construction experience; 8+ years field supervision experience; Lean principles experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• > Leads all aspects of safety culture and oversees subcontractors and workflow.
• > Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• > Manages project schedule, budget, and cost reporting.
• > Communicates with owners, design teams, and authorities.
• > Participates in project meetings, pre-punch activities, and closeouts.
• > Manages field staffing and procurement processes.
