Role Summary

The Senior Superintendent will plan, manage, and execute all aspects of significantly complex or multiple projects. This role involves managing teams, planning construction sequences, and ensuring project goals for timely and profitable completion, in alignment with JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities - Core

• Lead safety culture and promote an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Oversee safety, quality, and EEO programs.
• Develop work plans and coordinate project site activities.
• Lead meetings and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure quality compliance and support project closeouts.
• Participate in project pursuits and negotiations.
• Recruit top talent and promote diversity and inclusion.

• Manage multiple projects from planning to completion.
• Lead project teams and influence delivery results.
• Develop business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience; 8+ years field supervision.

Working Environment

• Valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, travel required.
• May involve extreme conditions and non-traditional hours.
