Job summary

Jayco Talent seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large data center electrical scopes from start to finish. You’ll own budgets, scheduling, procurement, and change control while mentoring PMs and coordinating with GCs, engineers, and client reps.

Requirements include 5+ years in electrical construction data centers, strong financial and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, and MS Office. Nationwide travel with full travel support is provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience leading Ground-Up Data Center builds, fast-track schedules, and large electrical scopes.
• Mission-critical or large industrial/commercial project background
• Strong financial leadership and scheduling expertise
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead teams, mentor PMs, and drive strategic outcomes
