Job summary

Jayco Talent is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead full lifecycle electrical scopes for hyperscale data centers. You will manage budgets, forecasting, and procurement while mentoring PMs and coordinating with GCs, engineers, and client reps.

Candidates should have 5+ years in electrical construction project management, with mission-critical or large industrial experience, and strong Excel-based scheduling and financial leadership.

If you’re a Senior Electrical Project Manager ready to take on massive electrical scopes and lead mission‑critical projects from start to finish, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full project lifecycle for hyperscale data center electrical scopes
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial strategy
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change management
• Mentor PMs and support field leadership across multiple phases
• Coordinate with GCs, engineers, commissioning teams, and client reps
• Drive execution on fast‑track schedules with precision and urgency
• Travel nationwide on multi‑week rotations - full travel support provided

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience leading Ground‑Up Data Center builds, fast‑track schedules, and large electrical scopes.
• Mission‑critical or large industrial/commercial project background
• Strong financial leadership and scheduling expertise
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead teams, mentor PMs, and drive strategic outcomes
