Job summary

Barton Malow is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager to lead automotive manufacturing projects across multiple states. You will own the project including the contract, budget, schedule, and owner relationship, with accountability for on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will mentor project managers and lead in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The role requires relocation between active project sites in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and Tennessee and implies extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CM/CE or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and serve as the single point of accountability for delivery.
• Partner with the superintendent to align the office and field on safety, schedule, and execution.
• Mentor and develop project managers, assistant project managers, and project engineers.
• Lead large, complex projects and support other teams when needed.
• Set the standard for how projects are run and share lessons learned across teams.
