Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks across safety and quality plans.
• Coordinates with QA/QC planning for quality.
• Supports estimating, take-off and subcontractor proposals.
• Manages on-site activities with project team.
• Prepares and disseminates project documentation.
• Maintains procurement logs and shop drawings tracking.
• Provides progress reports to support scheduling.
