Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of estimates for base project, self-perform work and change requests.
• Manage the project schedule and progress reporting.
• Coordinate approved purchase orders and subcontractor/vendor pay applications; support project closeout.
• Ensure safety and quality plans; mentor team members; collaborate with project leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting, including daily/weekly updates.
