Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Engineer to provide technical, administrative, and subcontractor management support to Project Managers and Directors across multiple Midwest projects.

You will travel to and support projects in Zeeland, Michigan or Lexington, KY, collaborating with teams to deliver complex facilities for life sciences and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline required.
• 3–8 years of experience in Engineering/Project Delivery or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication among project stakeholders.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes.
• Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance.
• Track project costs, invoice preparation, and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages.
• Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments.
